The FixHero platform is operated and maintained by Glandor. Welcome to FixHero. By accessing or using our platform, mobile application, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading our app from the Google Play Store or using our services powered by Google Cloud Console, you agree to comply with our terms, as well as the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Service Provision and Third-Party APIs
FixHero acts as an intermediary connecting users with verified home service professionals. Our platform relies on external services, including Google Cloud Console APIs (such as Maps, Auth, and Storage). We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to these third-party tools and are not liable for outages caused by upstream providers.
4. Payments and Fees
All payments for services booked through FixHero must be processed through our secure payment gateway. We reserve the right to change our service fees with prior notice. In-app purchases or subscriptions, if applicable, comply with Google Play's billing policies.
5. Professional Services Liability
While FixHero background-checks all professionals, the actual service contract is between you and the professional. FixHero is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the services performed, beyond the scope of our Service Guarantee.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and underlying code of the FixHero platform are owned by FixHero. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, Google Play Developer Policies, or engage in fraudulent activity.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
