How to make a claim
- Contact us within the warranty window via the app or at support@fixhereo.com.
- Include your booking reference and a short description (photos help).
Most claims are reviewed within one business day. Approved claims are rescheduled within 48 hours.
What's not covered
- Pre-existing faults unrelated to the service performed.
- Damage caused by third parties or after the pro has left.
- Consumables and wear-and-tear parts outside the quoted scope.
The guarantee applies in addition to your rights under our Terms of Service and does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
